February is the month of American Hearts. It is the month we celebrate Valentine’s Day, sharing romantic evenings with our significant others (or spending our evening living vicariously through the 2 dozen romantic comedies we have lined up – tissues, chocolate, and all). February is also National Heart Month, designed to raise awareness about American Heart Disease.
