April is National Parkinson’s Disease Awareness Month
Parkinson’s Disease is a neurodegenerative disorder in the brain. 50-60,000 new case are diagnosed every year. It affects muscles and motor-skills. Many people have it as a slowly-progressing disease. In honor of this month, Golden Horizons will be posting some information on Parkinson’s Disease. Stay tuned. February is the Month of American Hearts
February is the month of American Hearts. It is the month we celebrate Valentine’s Day, sharing romantic evenings with our significant others (or spending our evening living vicariously through the 2 dozen romantic comedies we have lined up – tissues, chocolate, and all).
